What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

The delivery charges are calculated depending on the product size and weight, eg a pair of mittens would be £2 whereas a saddle would be £25.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

Paypal is accepted in the online shop therefore the following cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Diner’s Club and EnRoute

How long will delivery take?

If the product is in stock it will be sent out that day or the following, whereas if its bespoke it depends when the product has been completed, eg for pair of slippers approximately 1 week whereas a saddle could take approximately 8 – 12 weeks depending on the amount of orders received.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

What exactly happens after ordering?

After ordering and receipt of payment your order is checked and sent to the manufacturer and is scheduled in for work. The next step is your product will be worked on and once completed sent directly to you.
